This Privacy Policy explains how ugeco collects, uses, and shares information when you use the website, send the lead form, use the site assistant, or interact with analytics and advertising tags managed through Google Tag Manager.

Information we collect

• Contact details and enquiry content that you send through the lead form or the assistant's contact form: name, work email, company, interest, and your message.
• Questions that you type into the site assistant, for the time it takes to answer them.
• Usage and device information collected through analytics and advertising tags, subject to your cookie choices.
• Basic technical logs made available by hosting and third-party service providers.

How we use information

• Respond to enquiries and partnership requests.
• Operate, improve, and secure the website.
• Measure site performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Understand which products, pages, and topics attract interest.

The lead form

When you send the lead form, ugeco stores your details in its own database on Cloudflare D1, together with the consent sentence you agreed to and the page you sent the form from. ugeco can forward the same details to HubSpot, its customer relationship system, to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. ugeco uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile processes a token from your browser and does not show you a puzzle.

The site assistant

The site assistant answers questions from the content of this website. Your messages are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to produce an answer. ugeco does not store the conversation and does not log the content of your messages. If you leave your name and email in the assistant, those details are handled as a lead form submission.

Third-party services

Cloudflare hosts the lead endpoint, the assistant, and the database. HubSpot receives lead details when forwarding is on. Analytics and advertising tags are managed through Google Tag Manager and any connected services enabled by ugeco. Those providers may process data according to their own policies.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to respond to enquiries, operate the site, comply with legal obligations, and evaluate business opportunities.
