We take on a small number of engagements each quarter. Here's how we decide whether to work together — and how the work actually runs.
Fixed scope
Every engagement starts with a one-page spec. You approve it before we start. Scope creep gets logged and either fits the next sprint or doesn't.
Fixed price
No hourly billing. No “additional discovery” line items. The number you see is the number you pay, paid in two halves.
Fixed timeline
We commit to a start date and a ship date. If we slip, it's on us — additional weeks are free.
Founder in the room
Laawanya is on every call, on every PR, and on the line if something goes wrong. No account managers between you and the work.

Why fixed price?
Hourly billing puts our incentives against yours. We'd rather take the risk of estimating wrong than ask you to pay for it.
Who actually does the work?
Laawanya, plus AI agents we've built to extend output. No junior staff, no offshored sub-contractors, no 'resource' rotation.
What about IP and source code?
Everything we build for you is yours. We hand over the repo, the deploy pipeline, and any internal docs. No lock-in.
Do you do strategy or pure consulting?
No. We build. If you need a deck or a roadmap with no shipping, we're the wrong shop.
What stacks do you work in?
React / Next.js on the frontend. Node, Python, or Go on the backend. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and open-source models for AI. We'll match your stack.
What if we don't fit?
We'll say so on the first call and point you to someone who does. Not every engagement is a fit, and pretending otherwise wastes everyone's time.
